Curious Follies.
It was a particularly active day at work, but one moment stayed with me. A very attractive looking pink laptop was mailed in to have recovery discs ran on it. I stared at it in awe. It’s reflective and spotless case, wrapped around an elegantly displayed keyboard with a sleek looking font and it’s flawless screen bared a pink wallpaper, and to top it off a web-cam sat atop it like the cherry on a pink sundae. It was glorious. except for one unforgivable detail.
This particular laptop had been engraved. customized for a very special lady or feminine male.
The engraving reads:
“All you need its love…. Karla and Julieta”
First off i’m sure these people were being charged by the letter so the fact that they didn’t proofread it is absurd, and second i’d love to see the look on the gentlemans face who engraved it, i’m sure he giggled as he worked. knowing he charged these misguided woman for one more letter and hopefully years of regret. And third i think three dots would have been enough. I dont think we need four dots to illustrate how deep that phrase is.
